These terms and conditions govern the purchase of Bluetag Hampers products. Please read through the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, then you do not agree with Bluetag Hamper's terms of business. If you reach agreement by Bluetag Hampers, your acceptance indicates that you agree to be bound by the Terms.
By agreeing our terms and conditions you promise to abide by them henceforth. Continued use is an implied acceptance of agreement of the 'Terms and Conditions' and is a promise to abide by the terms and conditions for any future use or dealings with Bluetag Hampers. The terms and conditions will only cease to be applicable when any such agreement is terminated by Bluetag Hampers.
Gifts that contain alcoholic drinks cannot be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
Delivery of alcoholic hampers must be signed for by a person of 18 years or over. If no person of 18 years or over is present at the time of delivery - the delivery will be returned to the courier depot.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Bluetag Hampers reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
Once your order has been placed, you will automatically be e-mailed a confirmation.
Your order will be added to our production schedule and will be delivered as soon as possible. Because each hamper is made up on our premises to order, from time to time we may experience longer lead times although you will be advised of our anticipated delivery.
VAT and Duty
Blutag Hampers currently is not VAT registered.
Acceptance of Orders
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Bluetag Hampers and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.
Bluetag Hampers provides a 100% secure payment system. All payment transactions will be processed by Paypal. We do not store your credit card details.
Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging, and we will happily refund the value of the goods.
Due to mostly next day delivery we will do our best to cancel the order. If the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel the contract you must send the item, unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Bluetag Hampers. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over seven days for UK mainland.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Bluetag Hampers until payment is made in full.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to make minor changes or substitutions wherever necessary. However, the high standard of Bluetag Hampers will be maintained at all times.
Gifts containing Christmas items ordered during the rest of the year will automatically have these items substituted unless otherwise requested. Vintages of wines may change through the year.
